Production coordinator Camila recalls how, in 2021, when director Walter Salles expressed his desire for a house in Rio to serve as a location, she took action. Seeking details about the original house, she distributed flyers in the streets of Leblon, requested access to the project from the city hall, and visited the building constructed on the site. She also relied on the professional support of image researcher Antonio Venancio and the memories of Walter Salles himself: the director was a family friend and, in his youth, attended many gatherings at 80 Avenida Delfim Moreira, corner with Rua Almirante Pereira Guimar?es. — This open, welcoming, and inviting house remained in the memory of those who lived alongside the family.
